Catt Rafting Adventures, LLC
was founded by three friends in the summer of 2009. Oren Barris of Path, Peaks and Paddles, Christine Baer and David Schall
had an opportunity to start a new company of their dreams and jumped on the chance. All 3 have a passion for the outdoors
and especially for the watersports.
Chris, Oren and Dave have been paddling together for years. They have been
paddling and instructing in various outdoor activities varying from Wilderness First Aid Instruction to flatwater canoeing
to whitewater kayaking, canoeing and rafting. All are NYS licensed guides, some in various activities as you will find their
guides are the same.
At Catt Rafting Adventures, our goal is to provide you with outstanding service, friendly,
knowledgeable and experieced guide service and an afternoon to remember. Safety will always be our first focus. We require
and supply helmets, PFD's and proper clothing on both our clients and our guides. There are no exceptions or excuses for
safety. We live this practice in our own paddling adventures and we carry it out to our clients.
Though we have
been operating since 2009 we all have been on the creek for years for various activities.
