Catt Rafting Adventures places safety
as our number one priority. As with any sport or activity of this nature there are inherent risks. We will take all precautions
to minimize any risks. We require that all participants wear a helmet, PFD and the proper clothing to participate in
these activities. Proper clothing is essential especially with the colder temperatures where hypothermia becomes a possibility.
We do rent wet suits and Jackets but we also recommend NO cotton clothing. We also require you to let us know of any physical
ailments you may suffer from including but not limited to high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, diabetes, extreme
obesity and the like. We reserve the right to refuse anyone who we feel may endanger themselves as well as others. There is NO alcohol allowed before and during the trip. We reserve the right to refuse anyone who appears intoxicated or
under the influence of any other substance with no refund. At higher water levels we may refuse admittance of younger children. This is for their own safety. White
Water sports are not for everyone. You should evaluate your physical abilities before signing up. The ability to tolerate
cold water and the ability to swim are definite concerns(but not mandatory) not only for your own safety but for the
safety of other participants and guides. All participants are required to sign a waiver of liability before the trip.
All participants under the age of 18 are required to have a signature of a parent or Guardian. You may click below to receive
a copy of the waiver. We at Catt Rafting Adventures, LLC appreciate your business but we value your health and safety
above all. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this or any other aspect of white water rafting please contact
us and we will be gladly to address any concerns you may have
